The well-being and health safety of our guests is a top priority at AZIMUT Hotels. Taking into account the constantly changing guidelines for COVID-19, we have introduced new cancellation / modification guidelines in order to offer our guests more variability.

 Guests who made their bookings through a travel agency, online booking platform or other third party providers should contact their booking provider directly to cancel or postpone a reservation.

Separate cancellation policies apply to all group bookings, including meetings and events.

Note: Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and any price differences. 

For new bookings:

AZIMUT offers free postpone option up to 72 hours before arrival.

Using the AZIMUT2020 code you get an additional 10% discount for current offers if you book directly on our website.

 

Important information on handling Covid-19 at AZIMUT Hotels

Your health, well-being and safety are of utmost importance to us when you stay in an AZIMUT hotel. That is why we are committed to pay more attention to the cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas in our hotels.

We act in accordance with the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), the Robert Koch Institute and the health authorities of the respective federal states. That is how we can contribute to your and our security.

Our commitment to hygiene and safety:

  • Contactless check-in is possible via mobile phone
  • All public areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly
  • The guest rooms are disinfected daily
  • Frequent used areas such as key cards, elevator doors and buttons, light switches, door handles, locks, computers in public areas, desk surfaces, telephones, TV remote controls and handles for bathroom fittings are disinfected many times a day
  • In our hotels in Germany and Austria, disinfection dispensers with virus-compatible disinfectants are available in all public areas, such as in the lobby, at the entrances and in public toilets
  • In our hotel in Austria, breathing masks are provided free of charge
  • We ask all guests and employees to avoid direct contact and to keep a safe distance in all hotel areas
  • We have enlarged areas between seats and tables to ensure the minimum distance
  • We clean tables with disinfectant before using by a new guest
  • We have increased the hygiene measures in the areas of the reception, for the furniture and service items in the breakfast room and the equipment of fitness rooms
